Style and Affordability!

 

Banquet Hall: This lovely reception space is located on a country road in the village of Chaptico, backing to a forest. The banquet space, painted in soft earth tones, can seat 136 at round tables and chairs supplied by the church. The Christ Church parish hall has a full, generously sized kitchen and immaculate, modern rest rooms. There is an ample paved parking lot and a large grassy area for overflow parking. This charming country setting is very convenient, just off Maryland Route 234, 10 minutes from Leonardtown, 25 minutes from La Plata.

Large Conference Room: Our attractive conference room can be used for board meetings, seminars, and small conferences and workshops.

A refundable $375 reservation/ security deposit is required to reserve your date. The rental fee is due 14 days prior to the event. Cancellation less than fourteen-calendar days of the event’s date forfeits the reservation/ security deposit.  If you have questions contact the parish office at 301-884-3451, or at office@cckqp.net.

Hall rental fee includes full use of the kitchen: countertops, sinks, appliances and stoves, 115 chairs, 10 – oblong 8ft tables (seats 8-10) and 18 – round 5ft tables (seats 6-8).

6 Hours:  6 hour time frame; includes setup and cleanup.
(Example: 7am to 1pm); Rental Fee $375 – with a $375 security deposit

10 Hours:  10 hour time frame; includes setup and cleanup.
(Example: 11am to 9pm); Rental Fee $500 – with a $375 security deposit

18 Hours: 18 hour time frame; includes setup and cleanup.
(Example: 6am to 12am); Rental Fee $700 – with a $375 security deposit

Large Meeting Room  (35 people max) 4 hour limit; Rental Fee $125 – with a $125 security deposit.
