A refundable $375 reservation/ security deposit is required to reserve your date. The rental fee is due 14 days prior to the event. Cancellation less than sixty-calendar days of the event’s date forfeits the reservation/ security deposit. Hall rental fee includes full use of the kitchen: countertops, sinks, appliances and stoves, 115 chairs, 10 – oblong 8ft tables (seats 8-10) and 18 – round 5ft tables (seats 6-8).
6 Hours: 6 hour time frame; includes setup and cleanup.
(Example: 7am to 1pm); Rental Fee $375 – with a $375 security deposit
10 Hours: 10 hour time frame; includes setup and cleanup.
(Example: 11am to 9pm); Rental Fee $500 – with a $375 security deposit
18 Hours: 18 hour time frame; includes setup and cleanup.
(Example: 6am to 12am); Rental Fee $700 – with a $375 security deposit
Large Meeting Room (35 people max) 4 hour limit; Rental Fee $125 – with a $125 security deposit.
